Return Policy

Any merchandise returned for credit or exchange must be in original (Unused) condition complete with all tags, packing and copy of the original invoice. All returned merchandise must be packed and insured properly to avoid loss or damage during the shipping. Any shipping and handling charges are not refundable for any reason.

Jewelry items require a return authorization from our customer service department and must be obtained before returning the jewelry items. All return items are subject to inspection by our professional staff before the refund is issued. Items that have been used or altered are not accepted for returns.
